One: Electrons like to flow through prosthetics when you're tired and dumb and make stupid mistakes
Two: The engineering team around here is dedicated and skilled and handles their business well
Three: The ultimate cause of our woes was a godsdamned squirrel. In the upstream transformer station.

Ultimately, all upgrades have been completed successfully.
